First impressions

Load Fortune Coins 2 and you could be forgiven for thinking the first game never closed. Same crimson backdrop, same fleur-de-lis wallpaper, same crowned gold and silver coins, same burning 777. Only the name plate in the corner tells you which title you opened. TaDa made no attempt to differentiate visually, and that is the single most criticised aspect of the release.

What has changed sits underneath. The reward structure was rebuilt to support a 10,000x ceiling — more than triple the original's 3,000x — and a new pot-collection mechanic runs continuously in the background. The result is a game that plays familiar for the first fifty spins and then reveals a different rhythm.
